This New Year's Eve, we found ourself in the Emergency Room of Good Sam Hospital. What is now our 2nd trip there for Nathan's various injuries...the first was when he swallowed a screw. This time, he was goofing off at the table and fell off the chair, racking his head on the table. He had a pretty good gash. The doc was going to put a staple in, but worried it would bother him when he laid down. So, we were left with just a oozy gash to heal on it's own. He was pretty sore with a bruise for a few days...but other wise great! I'm sure this is just the beginning of ER trips for my boy. I remember ER trips for my brothers was almost a monthly occurance! :-)
