Smarty Pants

I had a chance to chat with Hallie's kindergarten teacher today.  And, I'm really glad I did.  I left a rather proud Mama.

She came up to me to tell me that Hallie was an 'excellent' reader; she is reading at the top.  And that once they get deeper into their cirriculum, she will be reading at the most advanced level.  We knew she was a good reader, but it was nice to hear it from her teacher and realize she was as good as we thought she was!
