Family Fridays

I implemented "Family Fridays" in the Steffensen household about a month or so ago.

Hallie decided that "Family Fridays" equaled breakfast for dinner...so that's stuck too!

Tonight, we had biscuits and gravy and our movie of the night is Up....and we even made homemade ice cream!


Last week we had omelettes...and we watched Sleeping Beauty.

We've had all sorts of breakfasts ranging from waffles, to omelettes, to biscuits.  The KIDS love this tradition!  And really, it's a nice, easy ending to a busy week.  

I like having a laid back evening with my kids...we all just snuggle on the couch in our pajamas.  Tonight, I'm letting them stay up WAY too late in hopes that means they will sleep in come the morning....but I'm sure I couldn't be that lucky...but I decided it's worth a shot!
