Party Time!

When we were packing to move to Oregon, Nathan came to us very upset.  He was concerned as to who he could invite to a birthday party in Oregon since we didn't know anyone.  In a 5 year old's world that was a big worry!  After talking to him and as parents, trying to make this move as easy as we could, we decided to drive home for a weekend and have a birthday party at a local park for Nathan and Emily.  Next year, he will have friends from school and daycare but this year he really didn't know anyone!

We drove home and had a party at a park in Puyallup.  Of course, my camera battery died 5 minutes into the party so I don't have pictures!  But, we had a great time and it was so wonderful to see our friends and family.  We are so used to having everyone so close to us and being so far has been a big adjustment!
