Graduation

Today, after so much work and many late nights, I graduated from City University.  It doesn't seem quite real as it was just 2 days ago I was still in class with my Kinders.  I'm sure this next week, as life calms down, it will start to sink in.  Funny to think that so much hard work has accumulated into one, 2 hour ceremony.

It sure felt amazing to look up and see my kids cheering for me.  They were hooting and hollering for their mom.  I know so many people are proud of me, but it brings tears to my eyes to think that my kids were proud of me today.  They were so excited to see their mom down on that floor accepting her diploma.  When they called my name to cross the stage, I could hear Hallie, Nathan, Russell and my Dad yelling for me.  That was one amazing feeling.  I still haven't downloaded the pictures that Russell took...but here is one that was taken of Shelley, me and my Dad.
