What a Breakfast!

Christmas Eve was crazy here.  I had started a major down and dirty clean of our house and hadn't finished....with company coming Christmas Day I had to get it done.  So the morning consisted of us getting stuff cleaned and me making desserts.  One of the desserts I was making was an ice cream cake. (Very yummy, by the way!)  It was about 10:30am, I'm busy in the kitchen and the kids say, "Mom, is it time for breakfast yet?"  Whoops.  We got so busy I just didn't think about breakfast.  Russell says, "It sure is!"  And proceeds to dish them up the little bit of remaining ice cream for breakfast!  Hey, it was Christmas!  The kids thought it was great!  Don't worry...they had cereal with their ice cream!
