School Updates

I'm currently taking Developmental Psychology online and IT SUCKS!  It's a horrible class that is such a pain in the butt!  It doesn't help that I don't understand half of the theories and that psychology has never been an interest of mine...but I just have to get through it, right?

I took the WEST-E last Saturday.  It's a basic skills test for teachers, but the E after it means Endorsement.  I took the endorsement test for Elementary Teachers.  I get the results in a couple weeks.  I was so stressed about the whole thing.  I was reviewing the study guide only to read about all this trig stuff I've never taken!  The test was fairly simple, THANK GOD!  Of course it was only half of it.  I had been told not to take the whole test at one time, which was stupid.  The first half was for math, science and health/fitness.  They give you 5 hours to take the test and I was done in 1 1/2 hours!  I had plenty of time to take both tests!  Oh well....

I should have an interview with City University in January.  That's the final step to actually be granted admission to the program.  I'm pretty confident I'll do fine..but still.  I think we are completely nuts for even thinking about me going to school, but we both feel like this will be the best for our family.  If we think our life is crazy busy now, we know nothing!  Come July it's going to be even more busy!  But we'll work it out like we always do!
