Dad's Day

We had a good Father's Day.  Normally, when it's not pouring down rain, we head to a zoo or the ocean...but with the rain we had to make other plans.

We decided to go out on a limb and try to take the kids to a movie.  Nathan had never been to a movie before.  But, Toy Story 3 is out...and Nathan LOVES Toy Story.  We made a quick stop at Safeway to buy some candy and then headed to the theater.  The kids did AWESOME!  I brought a couple bowls with us so they had their own bowls of popcorn...they loved it!  We made it through the whole movie with no potty breaks at all!  Now we know we can definitely take the kids to a movie again! 

After the movie we headed to Russell's parent's house to visit for a few.  Then headed out for a few errands.  And ended our day at Azteca for dinner....great day.

And, I was lucky enough to have such an amazing husband to celebrate it with who is such a wonderful Daddy!
