Russell always says, you give me an idea and I run with it.

Canning proved just that!

I got the canning bug...and canned and canned and canned...at last count we had about 40 jars of applesauce, 20 jars of pears and 4 jars of apple pie filling.  And, I still have easily 25 pounds of apples in the garage...but I'm out of jars!

With all this canned food....Russell built me some shelves.

The only problem...they are almost filled up already!  Time for more shelves! lol

It was nice to be able to put all the jars out in the garage...and have a place to stick those rarely used appliances ie: the wok, roaster and bread machine.
