What a Busy Day!

This morning was Hallie's preschool Halloween Party.  Hallie got all dressed up in her ballerina costume and I dressed Nathan in his Elmo costume and off we went.  The kids had a blast!  They had about 15 different carnival games for the kids to play and get candy when they played them.  The kids came home with about half of their pumpkin buckets full.

Then, we got home about 10:30.  At noon, Russell, me and the kids left to head up to Safeway.  They were giving out the H1N1 (swine flu) vaccine.  I figured us getting there 40 minutes early would put us in a decent line...I figured we would wait about an hour.  Boy was I wrong.  Us getting there 40 minutes early, placed us at #91 and #92 in line.  They wouldn't give them to the kids.  At #91 and #92...we started waiting at 12:30...and finally got our shots at 2:58pm.  TWO AND A HALF HOURS!!!!!!!!!!  But that's okay...at least we know that Russell and I won't be super sick this winter.  Now, I just have to find the shots for my kids.  I'm just going to call the doctor's office daily to see if they have them.  When they do, we are heading straight there!
