A Fishing Widow

Terry & Russell have discovered the river.  Here in Orting we are between 2 rivers, the Carbon and the Puyallup.  One night they decided to go down to the river just to see if they could catch anything.  They caught like 20 fish!  Of course, usually it's just catch & release...except for the one pictured above.  Terry kept that one and ate it for dinner!  We don't like fish at this house....but Russell LOVES fishing!

I've become a fishing widow.  I'm so used to waking up in the morning and rolling over to snuggle...now I roll over to a cold side of the bed...or a 4 year old who has crawled into it.  Russell's be getting up at O dark thirty to go fishing.  He gets up every, single morning! 

Although, I'm rather enjoying the 'fish was 25 pounds' stories....or how it was 'this big.'  I'm waiting for the 'I jumped in the river to wrestle it but it got away' story.  :-)
