So I'll just update the minor things!
- Tonight I made a DELICIOUS homemade Baked Potato Soup...it was to die for! And...it was even lowfat! Russell said it tasted like the soup at Black Angus. If you want the recipe, let me know.
- Keep Russell's cousin Kraig in your prayers. He was diagnosed with Leukemia a couple weeks back. From what I have read on their blog, the chemo is going well. Just pray for healing and strength
- Nathan, again, helped me pick up dog poo....literally...he's gross.
- My mom's husband, David, got laid off this week. This economy SUCKS! Hopefully it will start turning around sometime soon.
- We found out we had to change Lucy's food. Apparently Iams is not so good for puppies. Maybe she won't poop so much anymore...TMI I know...but you see...less poop means less for Nathan to find! :-)
- Nathan has made hamburger of his big toe. It's gnarly. He just won't leave socks and shoes on...and he keeps stubbing the same toe. So now it's wrapped in bandaids and neosporin...and I've been making him leave shoes and socks on...or sometimes just socks....even outside...it's better then barefoot!
- We close on our refinance Friday!!! This is HUGE! Our rate is dropping 2.25%...that's like $350 a month!
- I've been thinking that in a couple years, maybe we should get another dog so Lucy has a pal...but an older one that's not a puppy anymore....and I decided we'll name it Desi...get it??? Lucy and Desi....I'm SOOOOOO creative. :-)
- I'm tired now. I'm going to watch American Idol/Ghost Hunters..I'm off to bed. Unless I fall asleep snuggling Lucy & Russell.
