Served

Well...the first photographer we hired that just decided to spend our money on her legal costs....got served her papers last night. We really had no choice other then to file...hopefully she'll follow through and pay us back before the court date in September...she stated she would pay us 1/2 around the 7th and the other 1/2 at then end of the month....so if she does we won't have to appear in court. Which really will save so much hassle...no closed daycare...no missed work for Russell...no finding somewhere for my kiddos...it would just be nice if she'd just pay us back...that's all we're asking for...we'll see what happens....for now...I'm not going to worry....
